David Conolly

David Conolly has a long career in contract management. David started as a Contracts Manager at Raytheon in 1989 until 1999. David later joined TRAK Microwave Corporation as a Contracts Manager from 2007 to 2010. Finally, they worked at USA Environmental, Inc. where they served as Manager of Contracts from June 2010 to December 2014, and then promoted to Director of Contracts from January 2015 until present. At USA Environmental, Inc., they were responsible for leading and managing the Contract Management team and establishing effective contract management policies and procedures.

David Conolly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida State University, which they obtained from 1975 to 1980. David later pursued further education and earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2007. In 2004 to 2005, they also obtained a Masters Certification in Federal Government Contracts from The George Washington University. Additionally, they have several certifications in contract management, including the Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) and the Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), obtained from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). David also holds a Masters Certification in Federal Government Contracting from The George Washington University School of Business.
