Troy Parker

Troy Parker is a seasoned operations and engineering leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Mission Bell since April 2022, Troy oversees operations, facilities, and safety functions. Concurrently, Troy holds the position of Engineering Manager at USA Millwork, managing high-quality millwork production in Northern California. Prior roles include Senior Director of Operations and Engineering, Senior Manager of Engineering Services at Omega Cabinetry, and Engineering Manager at Performance Display. Troy's educational background includes a Master's in Business Analytics from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Central College.
