Vincent Gonzales, MBA MSHA, currently serves as Operations Manager at Amazon, where responsibilities include managing warehouse operations and training staff. With extensive experience in customer service management at Southwest Airlines, Vincent has also worked as a Master Taekwondo Instructor and a State and Olympic coach, emphasizing the Tenants of Taekwondo in community contributions.
