Carlos Taylor

Carlos Taylor has extensive experience in programming and team management within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Script Programmer at USA 800 since November 2014, Carlos is responsible for enhancing systems and applications to boost performance and efficiency, while also engaging with clients to document project deliverables. Previously, Carlos worked as a Finance Escalations Supervisor at NCO Financial Systems from October 2010 to June 2012, where responsibilities included resolving customer inquiries and overseeing a team of over 30 members across multiple locations. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from Emporia State University, earned between 2012 and 2015, and an Associate's of Applied Science in Computer Science from Kansas City Kansas Community College, completed from 2009 to 2011.
