Alecia Blair

Alecia Blair, M.S., AFC®, serves as the Lead Communications Director for Bank Corporate Communications at USAA since June 2022. With extensive experience in marketing and communications, Alecia previously held strategic roles at Cohen Veterans Network, where responsibilities included managing network communications and marketing. As the owner and consultant of Alecia D. Blair Marketing & Communications Solutions from 2010 to 2022, Alecia supported The USAA Educational Foundation and provided marketing consulting. Past positions also include the Military Saves Director at the Consumer Federation of America, adjunct instructor at Jefferson State Community College, and various marketing roles at Cape Fear Valley Health System and Sun Microsystems. Alecia holds a Master of Science in Communications Management and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Communications, and Education from Simmons University, along with the Accredited Financial Counselor designation from AFCPE®.
