Christopher Sitowski

Christopher Sitowski is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Vice President of Claims Quality Assurance at USAA since April 2023, Christopher has previously held senior leadership roles at Argo Group, overseeing claims shared services and implementing quality assurance measures. At Chubb, Christopher was responsible for the global strategy in quality assurance and compliance. Early in the career at ESIS, Christopher managed significant operations for General Motors and navigated crisis situations, such as the BP Deepwater Horizon incident. With a foundational role at Nationwide Insurance and prior experience at Zurich and Allstate, Christopher possesses a broad expertise in property and casualty claims. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from North Park University.
