Rebecca Marion

Rebecca McDonald, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Product Management at USAA since February 2023. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Manager of Product Management at Bank of the West, where responsibilities included leading the digital account opening platform optimization team and launching the bank’s first fully digital small business bank account. Prior experience at Prudential Financial involved roles as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager in the Customer Office, focusing on product vision, strategy, and development for key customer experiences, along with managing agile scrum teams for enterprise initiatives. Rebecca began their career at Prudential's competitive finance rotational program and interned in real estate accounting. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a finance concentration from Susquehanna University.
