Steven Spillman

Steven Spillman, MBA, PPMC, CPM, currently serves as the Business Strategy & Planning Director at USAA, where responsibilities include leading executive strategy development, managing compliance objectives, and coaching team members. With extensive experience at USAA in program management and strategic planning, Spillman has successfully overseen significant initiatives and projects. Prior military service in the US Army spanned over two decades, including roles as Director of Operations and Plans, where operational readiness and strategic execution for large organizations were key focuses. Spillman holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Resource Management from Troy University.
