Ella Dorband has over 10 years of work experience in the project management and product management fields. Ella began their career in 2010 as a Gallery Service Representative Lead and Volunteer Manager at the Henry Art Gallery. In 2012, they moved to the Seattle Art Museum as a Product Manager, Online Experiences, where they managed websites from initial request to completion, created meaningful reports, and managed the execution of 10+ marketing emails a month. In 2018, they joined Fresh Consulting as a Senior Project Manager and PM Lead. In 2021, they moved to Hansell Tierney as a Senior Technical Project Manager for USAFacts, and in 2022 they were promoted to Principal Technical Project Manager at USAFacts.

Ella Dorband obtained a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Drexel University between 2003 and 2006. Ella then attended the University of Washington from 2007 to 2009, studying Museology/Museum Studies. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Product Management from General Assembly. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington. In 2018, they obtained a Pro Bicycle Mechanic Certification from the United Bicycle Institute, as well as a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
