Hakan Caliskan

Hakan Caliskan serves as an Associate Editor for the "Frontiers in Energy Research" journal since April 2023. At Usak University, Caliskan has held various academic titles, including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor, since February 2012, teaching multiple undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Mechanical Engineering, particularly in thermodynamics and energy systems. Caliskan has also served as a Research Assistant and led the Thermodynamics Division and the Energy, Environment, and Sustainability Research and Application Centre at Usak University. Academic experience includes a position as a Professor at Kyung Hee University and a Visiting Professor role at Teikyo University, focusing on biodiesel fuel emissions. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate from Ege University, PhD from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, and a Master’s degree from Eskisehir Osmangazi University.
