Jason James has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jason most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at USALCO since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Vice President Engineering & Execution at Covanta from September 2019 to February 2021. From July 2017 to October 2019, they worked as the Director of the Board of Directors at HarbisonWalker International.
Before that, Jason held various roles at Honeywell, including Vice President Global Supply Chain from April 2018 to September 2019, Vice President Engineering & Functional Excellence from November 2016 to April 2018, Director Global Engineering & Execution from January 2015 to October 2016, Director Asia Pacific Supply Chain from November 2011 to January 2015, and Business Asset Management & Engineering Leader from October 2007 to November 2011.
Jason'searlier experience includes working as Department Manager, Project Engineering & Execution at both The Linde Group and BOC South Pacific from 2000 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Messer Group from 1998 to 2000.
Jason also has experience in a managerial role as a Regional On-Site Operations Manager at BOC Gases from May 1995 to April 1998. Jason began their professional career as a Sergeant in the USMC from 1986 to 1990.
Jason James received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1995. Jason then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management, which they completed in 2006 at the same institute. Finally, they earned an MBA degree in Finance from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2009.
