Kyle Hertz

Kyle Hertz has a strong background in IT systems and ERP management. Kyle is currently working as the Director of IT Systems at USALCO, where they are responsible for integrating systems into a single ERP, onboarding new tools, and implementing a unified helpdesk solution. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as an ERP Manager at USALCO and as an IT Manager of ERP Systems at Synalloy Corporation. In these positions, they focused on ERP implementation, data migration, and improving system functionality. Kyle also has experience as a Process Control Engineer at Bristol Metals and in various roles at Field Controls, including Production Scheduler, Lean Manufacturing Manager, Assistant Lean & Assembly Manager, and Assembly Line Supervisor. In the same year, they also briefly attended North Carolina State University to receive Six Sigma Green Belt training. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution & Logistics with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from East Carolina University.
