Jon Montes has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jon started their career in 1999 as a Technical Support Representative at Verizon Wireless, where they handled customer inquiries and resolved technical issues. Jon then moved on to roles such as Fraud Coordinator and Lead Fraud Coordinator, where they managed fraud disputes and provided support to a team of coordinators.
Later, Jon worked as a Supervisor in various departments at Verizon Wireless, including Customer Service, Technical Support, and HQ Fraud Operations. In these roles, they supervised teams responsible for resolving customer issues, handling escalations, and driving customer satisfaction.
In 2015, Jon joined Telrite/PureTalkUSA/LifeWireless as the Manager of Technical Support & Porting. Jon managed a team of specialists in a call center environment, resolved issues related to porting, device functionality, and account/line features, and drove customer satisfaction through call quality audits.
Most recently, Jon worked as a Network Operations Supervisor at USAN, Inc. Jon supervised network operations and ensured smooth functioning of network systems.

Jon Montes attended Georgia State University Perimeter College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied computer science. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they studied business administration and management, general, at Georgia State University.
