Kayla Tsang

Kayla Tsang is an experienced professional currently serving as the Recognition and Events Manager at USANA Health Sciences since April 2019. In this role, Kayla designs and manages incentive programs to enhance client engagement and recognize member achievements, while analyzing data for future campaign improvements and overseeing budget management. Prior to this, Kayla held the position of Incentives, Recognition and Events Coordinator at Compass Group, where digital content creation and social media management contributed to significant audience growth. Additional experience includes roles at Allied Environmental Consultants Limited, Goodrich Realty Inc., and Kumon, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Resource Systems from The University of British Columbia.
