Melissa Suchodolski

Melissa Suchodolski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as President of USC Builds since March 2001, Melissa leads a certified commercial construction and real estate development company specializing in areas such as drywall and general contracting. Previous positions include Chairwoman of the Builders Exchange of Rochester from July 2021 to June 2023, CEO of The Dream Group, which focused on software development and marketing strategies, and Chief Marketing Officer at mediaSURGE, where marketing and brand development were key responsibilities. Melissa also served as Director of Operations at ElectraSales Corp from December 2002 to March 2005. Academic credentials include a degree from SUNY Geneseo, earned between 1992 and 1996.
