Michelle Gonzalez-Baxcajay

Michelle Gonzalez-Baxcajay is an active and dedicated individual currently serving as a MIWIL Tutor with the Opportunity Scholars Program since September 2023. Michelle is a member of the USC Women in Business Council, where responsibilities include arranging mentorship events and facilitating relationships between mentors and mentees. As a member and Service Director of Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority, Michelle has planned multiple service projects for new members. In the academic environment, Michelle also holds the position of OSP Peer Mentor, providing guidance and support to first-year students. Experience as a Resident Assistant involved enforcing housing policies, facilitating educational programs, and managing high-stress situations effectively. Previous internships include a LIFT Intern role at Bank of America and participation in various leadership programs. Michelle is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing at the University of South Carolina from 2021 to 2025.
