Joanne Rowe

Joanne Rowe currently serves as the Senior Executive Assistant to the President at USC Builds, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Joanne worked at Rochester Regional Health as a Long Term Care Operations Supervisor from January 2021 to November 2023. Joanne's experience also includes a significant tenure at MAXIMUS, where roles spanned from Senior Training Specialist to Training Coordinator between June 2016 and January 2021. Earlier career experiences include positions as Training Center Coordinator and Training Center Assistant at Cardiac Life Products, and Office Manager at Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Center. Joanne obtained education from Hawaii Pacific University from 2010 to 2012.
