Joe Damian

Joe Damian has a diverse work experience in the logistics and scheduling field. Joe is currently serving as an Operations Services Manager at USD Group LLC, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Senior Scheduler at the same company from November 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining USD Group LLC, Joe held the position of Advanced Scheduling Analyst at Marathon Petroleum Corporation from February 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for operating the Gasoline and Diesel fleets by rail for the US and Mexico and optimizing various fleets and business units.

From February 2018 to February 2019, Joe worked as a Rail Scheduler at Andeavor, where they managed the Crude Unit Train fleet and developed plans for refining turnarounds and logistics operations.

Joe's previous experience also includes a tenure as a Rail Coordinator at Western Refining from March 2016 to January 2018, where they managed railcar disposition, monitored inventory, and tracked shipments. Joe started their career as a Product Analysis Intern at Novamex in May 2014.

Additionally, Joe briefly worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Just In Time Logistics in May and August 2013, where they tracked truck deliveries, managed driver schedules, and handled customer complaints.

Joe Damian attended Texas Tech University from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in International Economics. Joe specialized in the field of International Economics during their time at the university.
