Sevgi Değer

Sevgi Değer is an experienced professional in customer success and onboarding management, currently serving as Customer Onboarding Manager at Insider since July 2023, following roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Insider, Sevgi worked at MindBehind from July 2021 to October 2024, occupying positions as Customer Success Manager, Mid AI Conversation Designer, and AI Designer. Sevgi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, completed in 2020, and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Measurement and Data Analytics at Anadolu University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Local Governments obtained between 2018 and 2020.
