Gerry Widmer

Gerry Widmer serves as the Chief Executive Officer at FIDUS since 2019, specializing in strategic consulting for CEOs and C-Suite executives, particularly in turnaround situations. In addition, Gerry has been a Business Advisor at Launch Factory and GoShare since 2022 and 2014, respectively. Previously, Gerry held the CEO position at simplicityDX, where a UK B2B MarTech company was successfully acquired and pivoted into a recognized social e-commerce platform. Gerry has also provided advisory services to various companies, including Digitile, Zesty.io, SOLO Eyewear, and Email Copilot, while mentoring entrepreneurial students at Lavin Entrepreneurship Center from 2019 to 2021.
