Mike Jackson

Mike Jackson has extensive experience in technical support and management within the computing industry. Currently serving as Public Computing Project Manager and T3 Support at Userful since October 2013, Mike specializes in assisting Public Computing and Library customers, while also managing Tier 2 support. Prior to this role, Mike worked as Linux Technical Support, troubleshooting various Userful products. Before joining Userful, Mike held the position of Store Manager at Dti Computers from 2012 to 2013, overseeing store operations, cash handling, and staff management. Mike also served as General Manager at The Discovery Stores Computers from September 2010 to April 2012, where responsibilities included managing multiple locations and handling product orders. Mike's educational background includes attendance at Sir John A Macdonald Secondary School from 1996 to 2000.
