Sarah Shin has over ten years of professional experience in various roles. In 2010, they began their career as an Intern at Sang Bong International Inc., where they gained knowledge about the freight forwarding industry by performing tasks such as receiving new requests from clients, making bookings with shipping carrier lines, and writing up booking confirmations/bill of ladings for clients. In 2011, they moved to Jove Imports Inc. as a Domestic Sales Account Manager, where they handled domestic accounts, managed sales of low-end fashion jewelry to customers within the United States outside of the local Los Angeles areas, and was in charge of account receivable duties of sales accounts. In 2012, they transitioned to Machine Jeans as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing the wholesale denim company's large customer base in North America, South America, and Asia. In 2014, they joined Hobsons as an Enrollment Management Services, where they helped students develop personalized academic and career plans based on their goals, interests, abilities, and learning styles. In 2016, they began working at Source Creative Office Interiors, where they held two roles: Account Manager and Senior Project Coordinator. In 2021, they joined Deli Group Co., Ltd. as an Associate Product Manager & Content Manager, where they worked with the largest stationery manufacturer in Asia. Finally, they are currently employed at Table Rock as a Media Planner, beginning in 2022.

Sarah Shin graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese & International Studies and a minor in Anthropology.
