Kumar Natesaiyer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kumar started their career as a Research Associate at Cornell University in June 1989 and worked there until July 1992. In August 1992, they joined USG as a Researcher and held various roles within the company over the years. Kumar served as a Program Manager from May 1997 to April 2004, an Associate Director in R&D from April 2004 to October 2005, and a Market Development Manager from October 2005 to July 2010. From July 2010 to October 2015, Kumar worked as the Director of Developing Technologies & Open Innovation, where they played a key role in implementing an Open Innovation model for the technical organization. Kumar then became the Senior Director of Technology Commercialization from November 2015 to April 2019. Currently, Kumar holds the position of Vice President, Corporate Innovation Center at USG, a position they have been serving in since May 2019.
