Mo Abdalla

Mo Abdalla possesses extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as the Team Leader of Managed IT Services at Usherwood Office Technology since October 2019, with previous roles as Managed IT Tier II and Managed IT Technician. Prior to this, Mo worked at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses from May 2011 to October 2019, holding positions as IT Specialist and Customer Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included coordinating communication with repair technicians, resolving customer service issues, and training employees. Mo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (2016-2018) and an Associate's degree in the same field from Mercer County Community College (2013-2016).
