Crps™ Courtney Lessick

Courtney Lessick, CRPS™, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Courtney began their career at NCO SERRC/SST Reg. 7 as an Assistant from April 2006 to December 2007. Courtney then moved on to Mansfield City Schools, where they worked in Human Resources from 2008 to 2009. Following this, Courtney worked at Dedicated Technologies Inc. as a Financial Administrator and later as an Office Coordinator/Financial Administrator from 2010 to 2016. Courtney joined Crest Retirement in November 2016 as a Plan Analyst/Account Manager and was promoted to Senior Plan Analyst/Account Manager in November 2018. Courtney recently transitioned to USI Consulting Group in July 2022 as an Account Manager. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in various roles, including financial administration, office coordination, human resources, and retirement plan management.

Courtney Lessick, CRPS™, attended The Ohio State University where they completed their Bachelor's degree in English in 2009. Courtney then pursued a Professional Designation in Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist from the College for Financial Planning. Later, in January 2018, they obtained the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™, CRPS™ certification from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, Courtney has obtained several other certifications, including Heartsaver CPR AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in October 2017, Official Zumba Instructor - B1 from Zumba in September 2017, and Notary Public from the Ohio Secretary of State in July 2008.
