Anthony Deardorff

Anthony Deardorff is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in instructional design and training. Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at USIC since November 2018, Anthony leads an instructional design team to meet the training needs of over 13,000 employees, developing and maintaining more than 1,900 unique courses while delivering leadership training. Prior to this, Anthony was a Learning, Development and Engagement Specialist at Allegion, PLC, and held roles as an Instructional Designer and Senior Trainer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, focusing on training support for Army National Guard personnel. Anthony's military background as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant in the US Army contributed to a strong foundation in training and operational readiness. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Care from Western Carolina University.
