Stephanie Britt

Stephanie Britt is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles since 2013. Currently serving as Field Human Resources Manager at USIC since February 2020, Stephanie has also worked as a Field HR Generalist and an HR Coordinator at RCS Corporation. Previous positions include Human Resources Assistant at Sherpa and Human Resources Team Member at Target, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with regulatory standards. Earlier in Stephanie's career, experience included Guest Services Supervisor and Assets Protection Team Leader at Target, along with an internship at Beaufort County District Attorney's Office. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University.
