Loren Schmidt

Loren Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within security and investigative operations. Currently serving as a Field Operations Manager at CACI since October 2022, Loren previously held various positions at CACI International Inc, including Region Manager and Investigations Coordinator Principal for the Southeast/Caribbean, where responsibilities included leading teams and ensuring the fulfillment of statistical requirements. Prior experience includes a tenure as Team Leader/Investigator at USIS, where Loren managed a team of up to 25 background investigators, and as Director of Security Operations at Special Operations Group, Inc., overseeing a large guard force across multiple contracts. Loren also served as Captain in the Criminal Investigations Division at the Catoosa County Sheriff's Department, managing criminal investigations and personnel. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Tampa.
