Ramesh Dhandapani has extensive work experience in various roles related to process improvement, operational excellence, and manufacturing engineering. Ramesh started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Eagle Picher Hillsdale in 2004, where they managed daily production issues and led continuous improvement initiatives. In 2005, they joined Oregon Tool as a Continuous Improvement Manager, responsible for identifying process improvements and achieving cost savings through Kaizen events. Ramesh later became a Global Capacity Planning Project Manager, leading the implementation of SAP R/3 Capacity Planning Module initiatives and achieving significant improvements in production orders. From 2014 to 2018, they served as an Operational Excellence Manager, overseeing operational excellence efforts for the global supply chain and achieving improvements in output and customer fulfillment metrics. Currently, they are working at USNR since 2023 as the Director of Lean Transformation.
