Stephen Holland

Stephen Holland is a Process Design Engineer at USNR since September 2015, contributing to the design of industrial equipment for the wood products industry, including modeling for dry kilns and assessing kiln performance. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Engineer at Shaw Industries Group, where notable achievements involved advancing knowledge in polymer chemistry, leading statistical process control meetings, and completing significant projects related to process efficiency. Stephen also served as a Graduate Research/Teaching Assistant at Florida State University, instructing undergraduates in chemical engineering topics while conducting research. Stephen holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University.
