Amy Boright Porchetta, MBA, CAE, CFRE has a diverse and extensive work experience in nonprofit organizations. Amy currently holds the role of Senior Director of Business Development at the USO. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Corporate Alliances at the USO.

Before joining the USO, Amy was the Executive Director of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC), a position she held for over six years. During her tenure, she oversaw all organizational functions and represented over 1 million patients annually.

Amy also worked as the Executive Director of the Arthritis Foundation's New Jersey Chapter, where she transformed fundraising and led public relations and marketing outreach. Amy previously held the position of Executive Director for the Central New Jersey Chapter of the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, where she established operational procedures and recruited a board of directors.

In addition, Amy served as the Executive Director for the Central New Jersey Chapter of the March of Dimes, where she achieved significant revenue growth and implemented successful fundraising strategies.

Furthermore, Amy holds an Associate's degree in Public Administration from UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ. In terms of certifications, she obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in December 2021. Additionally, Amy obtained the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International in December 2012. Amy also holds certificates in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from EVERFI, as well as Foundations of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Rowan University.
