Rachel Higgins

Rachel Higgins has extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at USPack Logistics since May 2017. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Nightly Operations Manager at Land Air Express from May 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities included managing inbound orders and handling documentation. Additionally, Rachel served as a Customer Service Lead at JS Logistics LLC from August 2002 to December 2007. Rachel pursued education at Kaskaskia College from 2012 to 2013.
