Scott Raisor currently serves as the Chief of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Section at the Defense Health Agency, overseeing the management of the TRICARE pharmacy benefit and contributing to formulary decisions that enhance patient care. With a history of leadership roles, including Acting Chief of the Formulary Management Branch and Residency Program Director for the Department of Defense's managed care residency, Scott Raisor has played a key role in shaping future pharmacists and optimizing medication utilization. Prior experience includes significant contributions as a Quality Assurance Manager, Chief Pharmacist, and Advanced Clinical Pharmacist within the Indian Health Service, as well as various positions in healthcare settings such as LifePoint Hospitals and as a Consultant Pharmacist. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University, alongside Master’s degrees in Public Health and Business Administration from Benedictine University.
