Stephen Browning

Stephen Browning is a seasoned biomedical engineer with extensive experience in pre- and post-market regulatory activities for cardiovascular devices at the FDA since November 2012, currently serving as Assistant Director for Blood Pressure and Flow Devices. Browning has held various roles, including Acting Senior Lead Reviewer for implantable electrophysiology and anterior spine devices. Additionally, Browning is an Engineering Officer with the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service, contributing expertise as a lead premarket reviewer. Stephen served as a Legislative Fellow focused on health for Senator John Hickenlooper and has previous internship experiences at Novumed LLC and bioMerieux. Browning earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
