Currently serving as the Director of Client Operations at United Surgical Partners International, Inc., Lauren has also established herself as the Owner of Compass Equestrian. Previous experience includes roles as Revenue Cycle Manager, Medical Coding Specialist, and Team Lead at Covenant Physician Partners. Additionally, Lauren contributed experience as a Surgical Coordinator at Texas Eye Care Network and began the professional journey as an Officer Candidate in the US Navy.
