Michael Yeary

Michael Yeary has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles involving restructuring and development. Michael served as the Vice President Development at United Surgical Partners International, Inc from April 2004 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Restructuring Officer and President at ProMedco from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, from 1996 to 2004, they worked at Physicians Resource Group as the Chief Restructuring Officer, President, and COO.

Michael Yeary obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting from Lamar University. Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
