Isaac Cronkhite

Isaac Cronkhite is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in processing, logistics, and human resources within the United States Postal Service since July 2004. Currently serving as Chief Processing and Distribution Officer and Executive Vice President, Isaac leads efforts to enhance operations through empowerment and process improvement. Previous roles include Chief Logistics and Processing Operations Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, focusing on transforming employee experiences and leveraging data for business intelligence. Prior to the USPS, Isaac worked as a Web Systems Developer/Programmer for Computer Technology Associates supporting the FAA. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
