Rachel Danielsen

Rachel Danielsen is an experienced professional in Human Resources and Organization Design, currently serving as the Senior Director of Organization Design at the United States Postal Service since September 2011. Throughout their tenure at the USPS, Rachel has held various roles, including Chief of Staff for Human Resources, Senior Manager for Organization Design, and Senior Organization Design Consultant. Prior to joining USPS, Rachel worked as an HR Services Assistant at Capitol Bancorp and completed internships at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Associated Students of Michigan State University. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources & Psychology from Michigan State University.
