Francisco A. Rodriguez

Francisco A. Rodriguez is an experienced IT specialist with a robust background in hardware and software installation, maintenance, and technical support. Since May 2019, Francisco has been employed at USSI Global, focusing on creating and maintaining secure network infrastructures. Prior to this position, Francisco worked at RB Computers as an IT Technician and Support Specialist from March 2015 to April 2018, delivering Tier 3 support and resolving technical issues directly with clients. Additionally, from September 1993 to March 2015, Francisco served as an Office Administrator and IT Technician at the Office of Landscape Architecture, leading significant network upgrades and maintaining various technological systems. Francisco holds a certification from the Cyber Security IT Professional Program at New Horizons Computer Learning Center and has academic experience from the University of Central Florida and Valencia College.
