Madison A. Estes is a seasoned professional in strategy and policy analysis, currently serving as a Strategy and Policy Analyst at United States Strategic Command since April 2023. Prior to this role, Madison worked as a Deterrence Analyst for Constellation West, providing onsite support for the USSTRATCOM J5 Directorate. Madison's experience includes serving as a Policy Advisor for Nuclear Deterrence Policy at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, and as a Research Analyst at CNA Corporation, where extensive research was conducted on nuclear weapons policy issues. Madison has also held positions with the Nuclear Threat Initiative, the U.S. Department of State, VERTIC, Gryphon Partners LLC, and the United States Senate. Madison holds a Master's Degree in Non-proliferation and International Security from King's College London and a B.A. in International Relations & Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
