Amber Layfield

Amber Layfield, MPA, is a Project Leader in Workplace Strategies at HTI since July 2023, where responsibilities include leading business-critical projects and analyzing HR solutions for clients. Prior to this, Layfield held various roles at 98 Ventures from June 2021 to July 2023, including Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Onboarding Supervisor. Layfield's career also includes experience at Safelight, Inc. from May 2016 to June 2021, serving as Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, Case Manager, and Intern. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Administration of Justice, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, all obtained from Appalachian State University.
