Joshua Donlon

Joshua Donlon is an experienced operations leader with a comprehensive background in overseeing multiple locations and improving operational efficiency. Since September 2015, Joshua has held various leadership roles at UST, culminating in the position of Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities include managing operations across several states and fostering relationships with clients and employees. Prior to UST, Joshua served as the Qualification and Training Supervisor for Canadian Pacific Railway, focusing on employee training and safety improvements. Joshua's career also includes a role as Sales Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, where performance metrics and financial standards were successfully managed, and as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Frontier Communications, demonstrating strong sales and customer engagement skills. Joshua's educational foundation was laid at the State University of New York at Delhi.
