Sunil Balakrishnan

Sunil Balakrishnan is UST Global’s Chief Values Officer and Global Head for Development Center Operations. In this role, Sunil works to sustain, strengthen, and scale our values globally, as the company rapidly expands its footprint around the world.

Before his appointment as CVO, Sunil held several leadership roles, including Delivery Head for development centers in India, and Account Director managing some of the company’s largest clients. Prior to joining UST Global in March 2000, Sunil held various technology and delivery positions with Satyam Computer Services Ltd. He previously worked as a consultant for Tata Consultancy Services.

Sunil actively drives the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and manages “Colors of UST Global,” a volunteering program empowering employees to lead and engage in social outreach projects that impact the company, customers, and their community. As Global Head of Development Center Operations, Sunil oversees operations for all development and delivery centers worldwide.

Sunil holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Kerala and a Master of Technology in computer and information sciences from the Cochin University of Science and Technology.
