Shania Hernandez is a dedicated community coordinator with experience in enhancing tennis accessibility for underserved communities at USTA Southern California since January 2022. As a community organizer for The Farmworker Project since July 2021, Shania conducts extensive research on agricultural issues, Indigenous activism, and worker rights while publishing educational resources through social media. Shania also served as Co-President of DEI for the College of Liberal Arts Ambassadors at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where efforts included organizing diversity training and facilitating dialogues to promote cultural competency. Shania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Comparative Ethnic Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, graduated in 2021.
