James Marrow

James M. is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in digital content and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Communications Manager at USTelecom | The Broadband Association since November 2022, James also operates Karravaggio Digital Media Services as a Digital Content Strategist. Previous roles include Creative Director for the Office of the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives and various positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, focusing on digital communications and public affairs. A former Vice President of Public Relations for the Black Student Union at the University of Maryland, James holds a Bachelor of Public Policy from the same institution and has contributed to multiple organizations throughout a comprehensive career in communications.
