Jennifer Shepherd

Jennifer Shepherd has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Indirect Lending and Loan Servicing Manager at UT Federal Credit Union since December 2019, Jennifer previously held a variety of roles at Y-12 Federal Credit Union from December 1994 to June 2019, including Regional Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Bank Teller. Jennifer is a graduate of Pellissippi State Community College.
