Andrea Marks is the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at UT Health San Antonio. Andrea has over 19 years of experience in senior leadership positions in the healthcare industry. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for UT Health San Antonio, where they managed financial policies and fiscal strategies for an annual operating budget of almost $800 million. Andrea also served as an advisor to executive leadership on key long-range financial planning and strategies. Andrea has a proven track record of improving performance of business operations and is a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams.

Andrea Marks completed their MBA in Healthcare from Our Lady of the Lake University and their BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Andrea is also certified as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
