Srinivasa Rao Pandiri

Srinivasa Rao Pandiri, MS, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in business intelligence and data analytics. Srinivasa Rao is currently working as the Director of BI & Data Analytics at UT Health San Antonio, a position they started in October 2021.

Prior to this, Srinivasa worked at SSM Health for over 15 years. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Business Intelligence Manager, where they defined domain strategies, built and trained Agile development teams, and oversaw strategic BI planning and execution. Srinivasa Rao also held the role of Manager of Clarity & Data Analytics from 2011 to 2016, where they managed product development data warehousing initiatives and led cross-functional teams for dashboard design and implementation. From 2006 to 2010, they were the SAP Development & Analytics Lead, responsible for designing and implementing real-time data acquisition systems and managing end-to-end analytics projects.

Before joining SSM Health, Srinivasa worked at SSM Health Care from 2000 to 2005, where they served as a Project Manager for SAP Development. In this role, they defined and established SAP implementation and organization development strategy, achieved cost savings through material standardization and EDI implementation, and managed upgrades and development projects.

Srinivasa Rao Pandiri, MS, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Fontbonne University. Srinivasa Rao also holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Srinivasa Rao completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University. Srinivasa Rao has obtained a certification in Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2021.
