Paul Forster

Paul Forster is a Development and Operations Specialist at Utah Housing Corporation since January 2022, previously serving as an Entitlement Specialist at Ridgepoint Management Group from December 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Paul held positions at Vanguard Title Insurance as an Escrow Officer and Licensed Escrow Assistant from December 2013 to November 2020, and at Empire Land Title, Inc. as a Title Processor/Escrow Assistant from December 2006 to December 2013. Paul’s responsibilities have primarily involved client interactions regarding property titles and analyzing recorded documents. Paul earned a BA in Spanish with a minor in Criminal Justice from Utah Valley University between 2007 and 2012 and holds a high school diploma from Timpview High School, obtained in 2004.
