Alejandra Montoya

Alejandra Montoya is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Utah Jazz since March 2021, where previous roles included People and Culture Generalist and People and Culture Coordinator. Prior to joining Utah Jazz, Alejandra worked as an Onsite Manager at Premier Employee Solutions from July 2020 to March 2021, and as a Human Resource Compliance Auditor for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from January 2019 to April 2020. Alejandra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, earned between 2013 and 2016.
